Hi Prakash,

It seems like you are looking for a way to implement SSO as well as manage users in Jira Service Management which is connected to Crowd.

You can use the miniOrange SSO plugins to achieve this. The choice of the plugin would depend on your Identity provider and the current setup of your environment.
If you are just looking to manage (activate/deactivate) users in Crowd, you can use the Bulk user management plugin for Crowd.
