Insight IT Service Management as a Project Type

Can anyone point me in the direction for the documentation for the Project Type, Insight IT Service Management? See the below pic for clarification.

Hi Kevin,

I don't believe there's much documentation about the project. I found https://documentation.mindville.com/insight/latest/how-to-create-a-project-from-a-template-34636327.html , however, much like Jira and Insight, it's designed to be a starting point and fully customisable.

To explore, the easiest thing to do is to create a project with that template in a non-production environment then go exploring
