I had a Windows update and now cannot print nor open any of my documents.

Is this happening when you try to open Jira Service Issues or just regular documents in your computer?

This is happening when I try to open regular documents on my computer.  Until the last update, I did not have any problems.  I can see the documents but cannot open them.
