When a customer goes to their portal to put in an incident, they have the option to "Select a System". This drop down is currently populated, and I need to edit the options provided. I cannot find the correct place to edit these. Please help.

The field “Select a system” is the same as Components, the difference is that for the customer portal we can add a different name for the fields, that's why it may be confusing. To confirm what is the real name if the field, you can click on the next to the display name.
To edit the components, please go to Project settings > Components.
On this page, you can add new components and remove the current ones.
