Hi, I hope anyone could help me with this question.
In my company we set up a project so that tickets and tasks could be created by sending and email to a specific mailbox. However, we realize that Jira only receives emails from my company's internal domain, but we want to receive emails from external domains too (for example, gmail, outlook 365, or even emails from another companies.
How can I configure Jira to receive e-mail requests from an external domain (outside my organization)?
Hi Marcella - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I am not that familiar with the internal mailbox configuration, but if you use JSM projects, it will supply an email address that will create tickets from outside sources.
