Welcome aboard !!
I've been using JIRA for nearly 12 months, I've used a combination of support library, youtube videos and marketplace apps to set my framework up
So far, I've used:
- Structure (project planning/GANTT chart) for PM
- Activity Timeline (workload planning/time capture/time reporting), fantastic time management tool for project based and service desk work
- Create from Template (reusable templates for projects, epics/stories/tasks etc)
- Shared Dashboard Viewer
- Invoices (billing into XERO), invoicing SD support calls
There is so much content, it's a bit overwhelming at the start but as you focus on your specific requirements and how you need to run things you'll find lots of use cases/resources,
