We in the company use a JIRA project as our support portal. We usually label requests with types, e.g. medical, admin, or IT. Is there a smart way to see how many tickets from respective categories that has come in to support every month? I have investigated a bit on Dashboards or reports, but couldn't find how one can filter labels.
Would appreciate your guidance!

Of course you can, try "labels in (medical)" in advanced search by JQL.
