I just set up my jira service desk. I tried creating a project as an administrator, however, it prompts me to say "Hmm... we couldn't create your project due to an unknown error. Try refreshing the page to start again." Upon refreshing, the same error happens.
When I jump over to look at the issue types, many issues were created with the project key.
Would appreciate any help. Thanks!
Hello, the items you are seeing are part of the project configuration and are not really issues in your project. Since Jira managed to get to the part where the configuration is created it went past the permissions. I would advice having a look into the logs when you create the project and that should point you to the right place.
Does this appear with specific project templates?
It appears with every project template. Also, where can I draw the logs out? When I check the audit logs it seems that the project is deleted immediately when I create it.
