Hello,

I need to create a custom report on Jira Service desk. The details i am looking for in the report is >Reporter Name, Assignee Name, Details of Report, Ticket Response, Time to Resolution, Time log hours, SLA Breached or matched, When the the ticket created. 

Please help!

Hello Tanmoy,

 

We have created JSD reporting solutions with VisualScript for Jira.  It is a customizable reporting app that can pull in any data points in Jira, and build reports off of them.

It can easily find fields like: reporter, assignee, time to resolution etc.

FYI: I work on the product team for the VisualScript products.
