Looking to see what others have done or doing now since the Service Management changes for building projects for teams like compliance or HR or anything type of department that is in need of a secured private service management so that internal customers or external can raise a request. 

I would think most are using service management and possibly ITSM as it seems to be geared towards IT but holds all of the values for other teams to be able to accomplish the same idea. 

I am pushing teams to use the next-gen projects also as it is easier to manage. What are your thoughts?
