Can I use if condition with contains in postfunction script runner

How can I use the if condition with contains in it .

 

Eg : the values in the select list contains " desk side" or "deskside" 

 

Based on this I need display in the custom field with the location like ( deskside - ind)

For example:

  • If a user selects "deskside" from custom field A, then
  • Display a specific set of values in custom field B?
