We are looking to replace our existing outdated ticketing system and migrate to a local hosted JSD implementation. We also want to implement an asset management system with network discovery and the ability to remote update/install os/software/updates.
We would like the asset management software to integrate with Jira Service Desk so if a user creates a ticket that their primary workstation(s) information is brought into the ticket. Or if a ticket is created about a workstation we can quickly access all of the tickets that were created about that workstation can be linked.
Is someone already doing this? Are there local server/data hosted inventory management recommendations. We were going to go with OCS but it doesn't integrate so we are looking for other options.
Thanks
Hi Bob, and thank you Mikael :)
We would like to invite you to watch our introductory video. It will show you the power of Insight and how easily you can configure the system to be molded to work with your use case.
Insight Discovery is our powerful Network Discovery tool, which is integrated with Insight.
Additionally, we also have a Youtube Channel full of Use cases and customers' usage story.
Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding our Products: https://portal.mindville.com/
Kind regards,
Yinon
@Yinon Negev Do you know if there is a version of insight Discovery that works with Insight Cloud? Or is there a way we can run the Discovery Tool and export the results for import into the Cloud version of Insight?
