features in new version of confluence

Hi,

I am trying to navigate the new version of confluence but i am unable to play around with the blank page templates (I am struggling to: add the "Expand" macro within a table, to link images on a page, to re-format images more than the basic enlarge option, and adding anchors). If anyone can share best practices or tips on how to clean up my pages that would be very helpful!

I can't seem to locate that feature.. also does that just walk me through the current features of this version?
