Hello,

I'm very new in confluence and in this community.
I have 2 confluence databases (actually they are tables)

A: names and personal data:

B: products.

I want that table(database)  B column 'name'  accept only values  that exists in  'name' column of  table(database)  'A'.

Is this possible?
Regards, Zsolt

Hi @Zsolt Edelenyi ,

You'll need a 3rd party app to implement the case.

We can suggest trying the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app that is developed by our company.

You'll be able to work with the tables directly or reuse them from other pages/spaces with the help of the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros.

Then you may use the Table Transformer macro and join your tables by the 'Name' column.

If you are not familiar with the app, please book a live call with our team.

Heya @Zsolt Edelenyi - curious if this helps.

Here I have two databases, one called "contacts", another called "products".

Contacts contains the names of people (and potentially other information.

Product contains names of products and a field links to the Contacts database.

In the Product database I can click in the "Owner" column to select only from the possible values found in Contacts.
