Very new to Confluence, getting odd "Resolved Comments" pop up

I have just started at a company that has been developing a very large Confluence Wiki. As an analyst, I am constantly going back to older wiki pages to change things. On most pages, I search and the page loads. But on a few, I get a pop up that lists all of the "Resolved Comments". While this may be useful if it were reminding me of all the Unresolved Comments I had to reply to, but Resolved Comments is not helpful. 

Is there a way to turn this pop up reminder off?

I've experienced this issue for a long time, too. Just one one page. I have to click close twice on the top pop up and once on the lower pop up. Seems like a bug of some kind. Both pop ups carry the same information - two resolved comments.
