How we are using Confluence

We are using confluence to share system architecture documents pertinent to developers. We are also adding articles and BKMs that help us to on board employees and share knowledge between engineers.

@Chyle Edic  I am glad that you are using Confluence, as you get familiar with the tool you will discover the potential of it. Here are some ideas and some articles I wrote that could help with some use cases...

  • Knowledge base articles
  • Troubleshooting articles (both useful if you combine Confluence with Jira Service Desk)
  • Product spaces with related information like requirements, architecture designs, flow diagrams, mockups, etc.
  • Glossary
  • Meeting notes
  • Release Notes
  • Learning artifacts that could be part of the learning path for existing and new team members
