What carries a higher π° price tag in your organization?
Is it the tools π¨π§π©β?
Is it the fools
π€ Or is it both?
π As Grady Booch coined in 1989 "A fool with a tool is still a fool".
This phrase's relevance is still 100% accurate today. According to a study completed by Atlassian in 2023, the average organization has *189* separate tools to manage. That's a lot of tools, and even if your fools count is less, that many tools can inadvertently create fools too.
Project and Product Managers need to know how to utilize their toolsets and people sets to get the most out of each.
π That's why Atlassian has launched the Project Management Craft series of plays to help Project Managers gain control over their systems and people to maximize the impact of each.
The New York City Atlassian Community will be hosting the second Atlassian Community Event dedicated to this craft.
The session will be led by @Mark Cruth, Modern Work Manager @ Atlassian. Mark will moderate a workshop and discussion that is sure to elevate awareness and provide practical advice on how Project Management can be a cornerstone to success in organizations.
Mark will be joined by some of Atlassian Product Managers and local industry experts that are leaders in the Program and Product Management craft.
