Anyone as experience with the conditions configuration in Extension for Jira Service Desk add-on?

Hey guys,

Just bought the Extension for Jira Service Desk to configure our new ITSM solution and I have a hard time figuring out how to create dynamic fields using the Condition functionality in this add-on.

Does anyone have experience on this add-on? If yes, some help would be greatly appreciated :)
