tempo free trial doesn't create license

When I try to start free trial on Tempo Planner or Tempo Timesheet, license doesn't created and I don't get any error message. I was tried many times start free trial but this doesn't happen.

Have you logged into your my.atlassian.com account to see if the evaluation license exists there? If it doesn't I would suggest getting in touch with purchasing & licensing so that they can create one for you.
