HP May 17, 2012

Hi Support,

I did the JIRA upgrade from version4 to the latest version, 5.0.4 . After the upgrading, I installed metada plugin based on the URL, https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/JMETA/Installation+and+Configuration . When go to Metadata under Project, I got the below error:

Log:

Can you advise whether is there any configuration issue or other issue that caused the error?

Thanks.

hi,

excuse the response time. This support channel was not known to me (official support channel https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/browse/JMETA).

i've never seen this error on my production and test instances. Which database you are using? Is the page blank? Even after you have entered data?

Regads
Andreas (the JMETA Support;)
