Year on year cost of "email issue" plugin

GarryFerguson March 19, 2013

We see it's $400 to purchase ( for the one we need ).

Is that a permanent license? If so, is there a yearly

support/maintenance cost?

Thanks,

Garry Ferguson

Garry, it may be a bit late to answer this but "Paid via Atlassian" add-ons must comply with the Marketplace EULA. This includes that maintenance and support follow the same logic that Atlassian product do.

Namely, when you pay for your license key the first time you gain 12 months of free updates and support.

After the 12 months you can continue to use the add-on forever, however you are not entitled to contact our support and to install the updates that are released after your maintenance expired.

If you decide to keep support and free updates for another 12 months, you must renew your maintenance for the 50% of the original price. The new maintenance period starts when the previous one expires regardless when you renew it.

Exactly the same licensing policy as JIRA's.

Usually licenses a valid "forever", however, if you like to get updates and support you normally have to pay half of the original license fee on an annual basis.

Mabe you have to check the vendors's hompage to get the pricing details...

Cheers
