Can you tell me what do 'active', 'inactive' and 'cancelled' customer's statuses exactly mean on the Atlassian Maketplace?
I mean, when customer becomes 'inactive' and 'cancelled' using your add-on for JIRA? And can any user change status from 'inactive' to 'cancelled' and then back to 'inactive' from 'cancelled' or it's only one-way process?

I've never seen that in the Marketplace and the Customer Advocates can't seem to place those statuses either. At this time can you take a screenshot of what you're seeing and post it? The screenshot will give me a better idea of what you're seeing so I can answer this for you.
