Plug-in to extract "history information" in JIRA

hi all,

JIRA 7.3 server users.

we are looking to export all the data(including the history ) into excel. our goal is to run reports from the excel. we are interested in finding when the issue changed from "x" status to "Y" status. 

please let me know if there is a way to get this information.
