Jira - In progress - when was it started date and time?

how can i know when In progress was started (date&time)

and the same when solved was pressed - what was date&time?

i don't see column with date and time

I guess what you see is like Just now or 1 minute ago. If it is the case then your Jira uses relative dates. You can change it to absolute dates. If you are on Jira Server then kindly use the following guide.

If you are on Cloud, make a request to Atlassian support to disable relative dates.
