JIRA Utilities Plugin License - license expired message

When I upload a new license (expiry date is May 10, 2015) I get a licensed expired message. Not sure what to do now.

Hi Stellina,

The license for that plugin is purchased and supported by the plugin vendor Customware. Please see their support page where they have several options on how to get support.
