JETI doesn't send email

Hi,

I'm evaluating JETI on a testserver
Mail has been configured correctly (sending test mail from the mail setup works fine)

I'm trying a default email template (templates -> add -> default setup) and try the test, nothing happens (not in the logging, not in the interface ...)

How can we debug this add-on, what should we check ?

Hi Francis, please note the following:

- when you test the templates via the Test operation, you must enter an issue key in the form as written here. This issue will populate the template with data

- also, if you create your own templates, you must setup a Context for them

- to see log outputs, add a new logger via JIRA Logging & Profiling: com.metainf with INFO level
