is it possible to change the status of issue when a custom filed is filled ?
My Logic:
Status unanswered to Status answered
if issue type = ****
Custom field value = **** or ****
status is answered
else
Custom field value = **** or ****
mandatory filed = comments (External) to be filled
state is answered
any idea how to implement this in JIRA? any reference script?
