Guest History Integration Issue

We installed the Guest History integration and every time a guest sends a message in hipchat their message is followed by the Guest History greeting card. This happens regardless of the Guest Greetings option being on or off.

Exactly the same thing happens to us as well. With the turned off or not greeting setting, message is sent every time guest writes something.
