Can we apply different Comala workflows in different child pages of same Confluence Space?

I have a Confluence Space called S1 with three child pages C1, C2 and C3. I want to apply the workflows W1 on C1 and W2 on C2. Any of these workflows should not be applied on C3. Is it possible to do that?

I have one more question.
The workflow icon is only visible in the main page of the space, but not visible in the child pages. How can we enable the workflow icon in each child page for enabling page workflows.
