We are using hipchat server application since last month but now want to use again one more month. So can you please guide me how to update evaluation license ??

Any other application available like hipchat server ??

For on-premise solutions, I'd look at Rocket.Chat and Mattermost. I am looking myself, so I don't have a solid recommendation. We were using HipChat Data Center, but now that it's been discontinued I'm looking elsewhere.
