same problem on integration Newrelic with Jira cloud

Hello, we have same problem to integration Newrelic with Jira cloud,

version module on jira - install from marketplace 1.0.0-АC

"version":"1.0.0-AC"  

 integration on NewRelic is green

but on error window didn't see button 

what i make mistakes ?
