1. why planner on jira tempo cloud automatics plans hour

Hi @Amir Noseri

Tempo Planner does not automatically create plans, unless you use the "Creating Plans from JIRA issues" option. 

To use this option, the JIRA issue needs to have an Assignee, a Due date and Original Estimate. The plan is then created for the Assignee, the end of the plan is on the due date and the time that is planned depends on the original estimate and the workload of the assignee.
