how to get rid of the non relevant custom fields when we click on Email button from the issue screen

Hi,
When I click on email button from the issue screen, it navigates me to email this issue page. Under custom fields section of email this issue page , I see custom fields that are not relevant to the issue. How can i get rid of these custom fields ?It should only show the fields that are relevant to the issue.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The only way to do this is to remove the fields you don't want from the issue configuration.  Change the custom field contexts so that the fields do not apply to the issue any more.
