I started a Flower trial and hoping to automate a service delivery process. We are coordinating between our PMO and 3 technical teams that all have tasks and milestones that culminate with an onsite visit to our client and a final report. I welcome feedback from anyone using this tool for Program/Project Management.

Hey Maria,

It looks like your post slipped through our fingers - sorry :(

Many users take Flower Workflow Automation for project management because there are many similarities between a process and a project. Therefore we created an article to describe how to use Flower for Program/Project Management.

A simple BPMN model might look like the following. On a running Process/Project instance, you can see the real-time status next to the activity.

Feel free to let me know if this might be a solution for you; or if you want to schedule a meeting.

Cheers,

Florian
