In one JIRA project, there are two Issue Types ("New Feature" and "Improvement") which are mapped to the Requirement Issue Types at the XRay administration.
For the Issue Type "New Feature" XRay works fine and you can see the Requirement Status and Test Coverage. At the Issue Type "Improvement" you can't see the information.
Both types are using the same "Default Field Configuration".
If I am searching for "Where is my field?", I get the status Field value: "The field 'Requirement Status' does not have value ..."
Any ideas to solve this problem? I would be happy about every response.
Best
Thorsten
The problem could be solved: the XRay Issue Mapping was not saved with this issue "Improvement" as Requirement Issue Types ;-)
The bug has been sat 60 cm in front of the display.
Could you kindly explain more as I am not able to understand what you mean?
