I'm using Jira Cloud with Tempo.
Not all of the logged time in my board is appearing in my Tempo Cost Tracker. As an example, I can see an issue listed in my Cost Tracker scope with no time and $0 cost/billable, however, when viewing the issue in Jira there is definitely time logged.
The user appears to have correct permissions (her time is coming through fine on some other tasks), rates set up correctly, filter looks and is synced to scope, no differing issue type(s).
