When did Users and Roles change to People? and group level error?

Davina Tsosie August 29, 2017

Hello,

I've been working recently with project automation and I recently got a rule working (8/17/17). However, today whilst running the rule I'm getting the following error

Error adding comment to issue
Group level visibility has been disabled. (commentLevel)

All my permissions seem correct. Permissions for my user account that is. So, I went to check Users and Roles and it now shows People. I could not find a place to add Automation for JIRA to Atlassian-Addons-Project-Access.

What became of the Users and roles portion in a project? (see screeshots) and could this be the reason for the Group level visibility error

Thank you,

The move to "people" is mostly cosmetic though, it does not change the role/group/user functionality.  It changed a few weeks back (exact date varies by instance), but it doesn't affect comment visibility.

I can't help with the Automation part though, I've not used this area.
