Timetracker not loading anymore

I am on JIRA cloud. I installed the free Timetracker from Touchdown a few months ago, all working well. From the last few days, the app does not load. When I click the Top menu -> apps -> Timesheet, i get a blank page, and then a notification 'Something's gone wrong

Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support'. 
Any idea how this can be fixed?

Hello Phalgun,

the app is supported by the Touchdown.

You can usually contact Vendor support by going to the Marketplace listing and view the support tab like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216988/timesheet-tracking-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=support

From there you can either email their support desk or create a ticket.
