Timesheet gadget not showing anything on the screen

Hi,

When I click on the time sheet, the page does not load and gives a blank page. I tried Logging  out and Logging in, cleared the cache nothing worked. What would have been the problem ??

We found that people are not in the correct URL, so make sure you are in your company's site.  In our company we use Slack and we don't integrate with Jira in a way that allows someone to click on a Jira link to take them to the card.  When they do that they are taken to the generic Jira site and not our company's Jira site.  They actually have to go to their browser and log into their Jira site and then find the card.
