Tempo acquires ALM Works, developer of Structure and Structure.Gantt

Hello fellow community members! Today we're very happy to announce that Tempo has acquired ALM Works, to bring together two vendors whose products many of you know really well to offer an even more powerful combination.

A survey Tempo did recently showed that 55% of software development executives rely on time tracking insights to inform project and portfolio management. The combination of Tempo time tracking solutions, and Structure, one of the most popular project management solutions, will create something bigger than just the sum of the parts. Together we intend to provide you with the first purpose-built program management solutions to support all your project, program, and portfolio management needs.

The integration of Tempo’s team time and capacity management solutions and ALM Works’ project and artifact structuring solutions will enable program managers to easily understand whether key initiatives are on track and meeting strategic objectives. Your organizations will get the visibility you need to move between strategy and daily execution, make informed decisions, and share progress with executives and stakeholders.

We cannot wait to begin this exciting journey and will keep you updated as we move forward bringing both the products and the companies together. More details about bundling, pricing and how our solutions will technically integrate will be shared as we go.

Please be assured that this will not impact the performance and service of the core Tempo and ALM Works products you rely upon, and we will continue our focus to deliver innovative, performative and scalable solutions.
