Hello everybody,
I try to install Tempo plugins to Jira cloud but I receive the every time, the same error:

We ran into a little trouble
It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit.

I tried for to many times in different ways and I also read a articles from support with people who encountered the same issue.
The instance is new, has a Debit card associated to it.

What else I need to do?
