Templates for multiple projects – how to speed up issue creating

Do you use templates? It can be beneficial when you have repetitive tasks like employee onboarding, annual review of company policies or even corporate events. Why start everything from scratch when you can have a ready-to-use template and apply it right on the create issue screen? You can create templates as an admin for your whole Team. For me, as a marketer, templates help a lot. I have templates for the monthly newsletter, product page creation, or new social media series.👩🏻‍💻 Our testers and developers also use it 😊

We thought about all of these practical cases, and we developed Issue Templates AgentIt's free all the time, so don't hesitate to try it out.

What's more: Now we made a new improvement. ⭐️

Previously, you could create a template for a single project when creating a new template. Now you can assign it to multiple pairs: project, issue type.

The multiproject feature allows users to add a template to many projects at once right away at create template view. Thanks to that, you can display the template for chosen projects when creating an issue, and you don't have to create the same template many times for different projects.

There is also a convenient option to set a template as default. So it is applied automatically when you choose the project and issue type when creating issue.

From now on, you can also save as default many template pairs "project - issue type" at once. Remember that there can be only one default template for a specific project with issue type, so when you create another, it will replace as default the previous one.

Templates are super cool. With this app, you can speed up ticket resolution and make it easier on your Team. We use it a lot, and it's really time-saving. So why not use it? 😊
