Send an email when comment added on the ticket

I want to send an email to non-jira user when the comment added on the ticket.

when I use {{issue.comment}} option it is sending all the comments on the tickets but I only want to sent the most recent comment for which the action is triggering.

Can you please suggest the query to get the most recent comment.. 

So I can only send the only comment for which the action is triggering.
