Reproduct a generic jira mail with "automation for jira"

Hello,

I try to create an automation to send mail to a specific group when a transition is executed. 

I want to show on this mail the changes done on the comment (as the "Issue Comment Edited" event).

Do you know if it's possible ?

I can use ".changelog" on classics fields but it not works on comment.

Priority : {{#changelog.priority}}{{fromString}} - {{toString}}{{/changelog.priority}}
-> It works

Comment :  {{#changelog.comment.body}}{{fromString}} - {{toString}}{{/changelog.comment.body}}

-> It not works

do you have any suggestion ?

Hi David,

You should be able to just use {{comment.body}} if a comment was entered with the transition.

'comment' isn't really part of the changelog, which is why it's different from other fields.
