I would to make a report to have the number of test case (In Xray) per User story.

I can do it with JIRA?

It is possible using Xray's Document Generator (https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/Document+Generator) it should necessary however to create a specific template for this purpose, but it is relatively easy to do.
