Related Fields option, no longer showing up in Dynamic Forms for Jira version 3.0?

I previously used the add-on Dynamic Forms for Jira version 2.1.1

An option of "Related Fields" used to appear, when I chose to configure the Dynamic Cascading Forms Custom Field option.  

That option no longer shows up in version 3.0. Can anyone confirm this?

Version:5.0.0 and have this issue :/ Any ideas ?

We're having the same issue with Dynamic Forms 3.2.0. Has anyone identified a solution?

I am having the same issue.  It's been a while since I have had to make any changes to a dynamic field so I assumed I was making a mistake.

I am going to custom fields.  I locate my dynamic field.  I then click on configure.  Next I click on edit options.  

I should see an option that says related fields under Actions but I don't.  I only see Edit, Delete, & Disable.

I have no way to maintain this dynamic field now.
