Good evening all,
I am looking to create a help centre with confluence cloud for internal use and for client use too. As not all of our clients have confluence and there are some documents that are only necessary for certain clients I am not sure which of the two apps would be useful for us. We have maybe about 50 internal users and 100+ external users. Any insights or recommendations welcome.

I'm sorry you didn't get any replies here. I am facing the same question and trying to find some comparison anecdotes. Did you try either of them out? I guess a trial may be the only way to know which would fit best for a public knowledgebase/wiki.
