Read Only

Hello, I just started using the add on feature Big Picture.  It was working fine at first however now when I open my Program it give me "Read Only" permission.  Does anyone know how to correct this?   I'm using the Cloud version of Big Picture.

Probably you don't have a valid license. This can cause this issue.

If you want to use BigPicture Enterprise, both BigPicture and BigPicture Enterprise need to be installed and licensed.
