Problems accessing the Network view of links

Hi, 

I am not able to see the option of viewing a Network tree of links created. Instead all I can see are the links under each issue. 

I can't even see the 'layout' view under 'more'. 

Is someone else also facing the same error? After doing some research it seems like this is a bug... 

If anyone knows how this can be solved please let me know.
