Hi @debra.l ,

Welcome to the community!

Please check out this integration https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214214/connector-for-salesforce-jira

Regards,

Soumyadeep

Yes we have the connector enabled, but it doesn't auto create a salesforce connection when a new issue is created.

User needs to click create salesforce connection manually - we would like to avoid this step.

Hi @debra.l

Welcome to the community.

Try Sinergify-- a Salesforce and Jira Connector

The connector works with standard and custom objects in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud. It has been designed to be compatible with Jira Software, Jira Core, Jira Service Desk, Jira Ops, and Jira On Premises.

I hope it helps :)

Does it do what the original poster asked? I.e., does it have a method to automatically associate a JIRA issue with a Salesforce object?

Hi @Mark Derbecker

Yes, It does. You can Automatically Create & Link Jira Issues with Salesforce Object Records w.r.t to your set criteria on Salesforce Object.
